Mississippi English calls are processed by:

    Mississippi Spanish calls are processed by:

    After Hours calls are processed by:

      • Monday-Friday 5:00 pm – 7:00 am

    Submitting a Locate Request through the MS811 Web Portal or Mobile App

     

    Basic Portal Ticket Entry (Level 1 or 2)

     

    • Most Locate requests that are submitted through the Portal or Mobile App, by users with basic ticket entry permissions, between 7:00am and 4:00pm, Monday through Friday excluding observed holidays, will be processed by MS811 on the same business day. Requests submitted after 4:00pm, Monday through Friday or on MS811 observed holidays will be processed on the next business day.

     

    Advanced Portal Ticket Entry (Level 3)

     

    • Tickets entered through the Portal by users with Advance ticket entry permissions are processed immediately. Advanced users are required to attend Portal training. If you are interested in becoming an Advanced user, contact (601) 362-2851.

     

    Updating Tickets

     

    • All Portal users have the ability to update their company’s locate requests as needed. Tickets updated through the Portal are processed immediately.
