If you represent a utility company who is a member of MS811 and your company would like to begin submitting locate request status information to the MS811 Positive Response Information System (PRIS), please complete the form below. Once your request is received, MS811 will set up a Positive Response Web Portal/Mobile App account for your company. We will send you an email confirmation when we have completed setting up your account. We may contact you if additional information is needed.
