Affiliate Membership Application

The Mississippi Legislature appropriated American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA) dollars to the Mississippi Municipality and County Water Infrastructure Grant Program Act of 2022. The Mississippi 811 bylaws currently provide for 811 affiliate status as an alternative to traditional membership, which you can apply for by downloading & filling out the application.
